    What doesn't work:

    Anybody knows why? And how can I do that pull windows to the left side of LVDS to put it on VGA-0? I need the opposite of what is working

      pastebin the output of xrandr with both screens connected. Does specifying the crtc help?
      xrandr --output VGA-0 --crtc 1 --right-of LVDS

        maybe a xrandr bug. does:
        xrandr --output VGA-0 --left-of LVDS
        work?

          That also doesn't work. I can just see the blue standard background from XFCE and the resolution of the big VGA-0 is going down. That's maybe an intresting fact, because one screen has another wallpaper.

          It seems like only xrandr --output LVDS --left-of VGA-0 works.
          Summary:

          xrandr --output VGA-0 --auto
          set for the VGA-0 the high resolution and places the LVDS into VGA-0 (I can see that because of the 2 different backgrounds)
          xrandr --output LVDS --left-of VGA-0
          places LVDS left of VGA, but I want it different.

            can you pastebin the outputs of xrandr and xrandr --verbose after enabling the VGA port?

              Okay, here is the output of xrandr --verbose.
              There are a lot of outputs just after the commands. I don't think that they differ a lot, but it's complete.

              Pastebin.com is the number one paste tool since 2002. Pastebin is a website where you can store text online for a set period of time.
