Dell no longer offering inspiron, studio laptops with ubuntu

I am in the market for a new laptop. Seems like dell only has XPS laptops (and the mini 9 and 12) available for sale

I'd rather not have to buy a laptop and reject the EULA to get a refund. Does anyone know if/when we might have inspiron and studio laptops available from Dell with ubuntu? One of the new inspiron 1545s would be great.

Try ringing Dell's sales number. They often have stuff that isn't listed online (RHEL on the Precision laptops for example).

Also, if you can order through work or college, try bugging the account manager.
