    Gallium3D always sounded very interesting, and continues to do so.

    Does anyone know when we'll start seeing drivers using it being used in normal distros, rather than as experimental branches?

      i'd say at least half year from now. gallium is still pretty much in flux, and there is just a handful of drivers on top of it right now.
