Intrepid Ibex CPU Soft Lock with PTS 1.2.0

I've already filed this as a bug against Ubuntu 8.10 in Launchpad, but I figured I'd mention it here as well. PTS 1.2.0 seems to cause a CPU Soft Lock when it gets to the IOZone test in the universe-cli test suite when run on my Intrepid Ibex install. This didn't happen during the same test suite under 8.04, so I assume it's a problem with 8.10. Note that 8.10 is still in Alpha stage, but I thought you folks might want to know.

Note that when I just run the iozone test, it does *not* cause a cpu lock.
