Strange line in syslog each 30 minutes after installing PTS 1.0.5 on Ubuntu 8.04.1.

I notided this yesterday right after I installed PTS. I have never ever installed or touched anything PHP connected on my Ubuntu, the only thing connected to PHP on my system is that dependency that PTS needed during installation.

Can somebody tell me what this line does or means. Thanks.
