How to rotate with newest (8.50.3) fglrx?

Rotation enabled with aticonfig --set-pcs-str="DDX,EnableRandr12,TRUE"
When i select the rotation from the resize & rotate tray icon it rotates fine, but i can't click on anything, well i can but has no effect & after a while it goes back to the original position... any idea why?
