Best ppa to get the latest improvements for radeonsi vga?

I just installed ubuntu vivid 15.04, and I installed the latest 4.0 rc4 kernel.
From what I read on this site llvm 3.7 and mesa 3.6 are bringing nice performance improvements for radeonsi cards (I have a r9 270).
And I play wine games ( I intend to install wine-staging)
What would be the best and relatively more stable ppa to get llvm 3.7 and mesa 10.6 git ?

My understanding is that there are at least 3 ppa (oibaf and some other) for that.

I'm looking for an answer for a similar question. I'm basically trying to install the best working open source driver for my GPU (Radeon HD 7770M). If you found the most updated and stable PPA for that, kindly share it with us.

Honestly, oibaf PPA has been the best for some time now.

What after I add this PPA ?

So what after I add this PPA ? Will I have hybrid graphics support and the switch between the discrete and integrated graphics cards become automatic ? Or will I have to do something more for the discrete card to work ? This has been puzzling me since I started using Linux for my home machine !
