I download the game from http://warthunder.com/en/news/2608-w...le-on-linux-en and the game give's me an error when ./updater finished ( Illegal instruction (core dumped) ) .

The same error if i execute ./aces. Reading this post ( http://www.gamingonlinux.com/article...-on-linux.4553 ) I found a temporary solution:

      ./aces -safe -mode:windowed -resolution:1920x1080

This works for me. After login I can change the resolution. I don't restart, I exit the game and I execute "./aces". But I have a problem, if i try to set Fullscreen the game crashes again.

I want to say that the mouse movement to aim with the tanks sometimes get blocked and I can't move in properly in certain ranges

        Did you try running ./aces -mode:fullscreen ?

Thanks but that doesn't change anything.

Seems to crash whenever starting in fullscreen mode.

            Solution:

            ./aces -mode:windowed -resolution:1920x1080

            Game starts, press Alt+F11.

My first time playing a combat flight sim in over 10yrs ...
Great to see this, graphics look good and from the few minutes I tested it out it seems like it could be addicting

Performance is good on my radeon 7870 with the open drivers. I didn't notice any issues.
