    Earlier this week Intel pushed their BPTC texture compression support into mainline Mesa and now following in those foot steps are the R600g and RadeonSI driver enablement...

    Tried it few hours ago on iortcw's rend2 renderer which supports bptc compression but it does not work - shows blocky textures .

    Or might be that i am not aware of bugs in rend2 it might be that too

        File a bug report, otherwise your comment and testing is worthless.

          Thanks maybe i should, but i am selective about that because i have other bugs and really cannot fill many bugs per day

          And it is not high priority for me, s3tc and latc compression works .
