How to install basic tests with NO internet connection?

I am on SUSE Linux and need to install Phoronix Suite to run very basic CPU and storage performance tests. There is NO internet access from this host.. is stand alone.. and I have onsite console access only.
If I install the base package does it come with basic CPU & storage tests?
If not how can I get what I need into a set of files I can copy or install ?
