I doubt that since Android has already MS Office and QuickOffice (Google) which are pretty decent. LibreOffice has to do a ton of work to be a viable competitor (not that they shouldn't try)

Those are just web applications, not actual word processors, and not even usable ones.

QuickOffice is a native application and it is pretty usable. Lots of people are using it now. I haven't tried out MS Office but nothing prevents a web application with offline capabilities from being fully usable.
