Phoronix: ZBOSS Linux 6.5 Brings ZFS For Storage
ZBOSS Linux 6.5 was released on Friday as a RHEL-based "enterprise" Linux distribution that ships with the ZFS file-system by default...
Fuck this shit!
Not free to use, 30 day evaluation. Fuck that shit!
So how did they circumvent the ZFS licence?
If they're expecting people to buy this, they're in for disappointment.

The Linux and the ZFS is free to use with unlimited storage. Only for the advanced features iSCSI, SAN, VTL, replication, and high-availability we charge very affordable license fee.

What license is your ZFS module?
