Help with user-config.xml and DynamicRunCount

Hello,

I am just starting to use Phoronix and I am having issues forcing a static test number to run. I am modifying user-control.xml | DynamicRunCount but it has no effect. If I could get this to work it would be perfect! =)

Also FORCE_TIMES_TO_RUN does not work if standard deviation is greater than the threshold that I cannot adjust.
