This is one of those games that are worth EVERY PENNY. Play it with friends/family on a gamepad in cooperative and it's just a whole lot of fun. Absolutely amazing graphics and animations.

        A not-so-funny April Fool's.....

I just went to the official site that was linked in the article AND.... there's nothing available for Linux. If you want to make an April Fool's joke... make one that's funny ok?

Hasn't actually officially been announced yet, but if you buy it off that humble bundle store thing in the link it includes the Linux version

Bought it yesterday and played co-op with a friend for 5 hours in a row.
We played on hard, and I'd say we managed to get through 30% of the game or so based on some indications, so there seems to be a lot of gameplay for the money.

Extremely entertaining, even much better than Trine 1, worth every penny.
                  Greatly recommended to anyone

Runs good on radeon open source on medium, but not very fast on high and very high... (HD 6550 mobile)

It's a 32 bit game. The first consumer CPUs with 64 bit are from 2003. OpenGL 1.5 is from 2003. They have no problem requiring a newer version of OpenGL.

If you want to whether it will run on your distribution:
                    Code:
                     ~/games/trine2 % LD_LIBRARY_PATH=./lib/lib32 ldd bin/trine2_linux_32bit
