xorg.conf for triplehead2go?

using an ati 2600xt. i have it set up with a large screen monitor on one
side of the ati card and the triplehead2go on the other. i use this for
audio and video editing. four monitors in total.

can someone post a working xorg.conf for a triplehead2go?

i've yet to be able to get anything but two screens working here.
