  • Fedora 7 With Fglrx Fix Coming!!!

    In http://www.phoronix.com/vr.php?view=10491 it shows:

Isn't that the Fedora 7 background? Why is the fglrx version blurred out? Is this Fedora 7 ATI support coming? (hopefully without needing X server 1.2)

    because it's a beta driver?

too much nitpicking. just sit down and wait.

Driver is 8.39.*, Control Center most likely 1.1 or 1.2, don't know why he had to blurry it out.

But you're right zhar83. Hold on another week.

in ati development cycle article there was a slide from nvidia beta program website, with blurred out driver versions.

maybe it's a standard policy. who knows. i'm not in the program.

How do you know that we just don't really like the Fedora 7 hot air balloon background and transferred it to another Fedora setup or downgraded X?

It's standard practice to blur out such items, as wouldn't it mean something if say the driver was v8.59 or 9.0.1?
