I'm not really sure where this goes, since it could be just something that happens to my Intel card.
When I use Wine with some of my games, the screen resolution has to change, and the screen flickers a couple of times, sometimes changing the graphic on screen, and hopefully switching to the desired resolution.
In the past, when my drivers didn't show all the resolutions the card could do, Wine would try to switch to a resolution that wasn't listed and then I would be dropped back to the login screen.
Now that my driver shows all the available resolutions, I thought it would be all gone- but recently, I was trying to play a demo I have, and it uses the lowest resolution my card has; it looks like it will switch successfully, but ultimately drops me back to the login screen.
Is there anything that can be done about this?
