"Your Post has to wait for moderation" should not auto redirect

Recently i wrote a Answer to an Forum-Thread i clicked on send, my message disappeared (i was expecting this) than something was displayed that automatically disappeared (to fast to read as i was not expecting something i have to read) and i got to the forum front page. I did not know what is going on there (is it send, is it going for moderation, was there an error while sending (lost cookie, lost token, logged out by timeout and relogged in by browser or cookie)

Please do not autoredirect from messages that you expect someone to read.

Sounds like an error, not something designed that way.

I tried to send a PM with my less than 5 posts account, upon submission it didnt go to moderation like my URL firstpost, or maybe it did?

The sent items is where i would expect to find it, but no such luck. The autosave rescued it though, so no issue there.

If there is an initial restriction on sending PMs from new accounts, how about including that info in the welcome message that explains similar (?) behaviour for posting links on the forum.

Edit: There were no URLs in my PM though.

If its an error this should be considered to be an bug report that i did not know whom to write to.

Aactually in this Site Discussion section my posts don't even go into moderation but in the Articles section they ?at least where? going.

They do if you have a post count < 10 (IIRC) and try to post links.
