I am glad that you enjoy spotting all the holes in the prosecutions case.

You are correct, their case was a laugh, a total joke.

    • None of you commented on this; Here is another chance.

"A worker at the office of Dubois told NBC11 that Reiser was shackled to his lawyer, so he would not run away, as Reiser WAS LED by authorities to the buried body off of the 8200 block of Skyline Boulevard."

      Since Reiser has no way to tell the real story, maybe the above statement is more accurate than the actual one run by nbc11, namely;

"A worker at the office of Dubois told NBC11 that Reiser was shackled to his lawyer, so he would not run away, as he led authorities to the buried body off of the 8200 block of Skyline Boulevard."

      From http://www.nbc11.com/news/16815295/detail.html

There are still all the very serious problems with the trials.

There are also many problems with the nbc11 story:

      1) Reiser had to carry Nina some 500 meters through very rough terrain (perhaps possible, but at the time, he was very overweight and not very fit).

      2) He had to carry her at night without being seen by the local residents (ie without light). He had to carry shovels from his house, ie, at least two trips, or find them elsewhere in the dark. He had to dig the hole.

      3) The cadaver dog didn't smell any evidence of the body at Hans' house or its surrounds or in his car. These dogs are amazingly good at their job. They can smell the scent of a body on a surface that has only come near (but not touched) a body. And they can accurately smell these incredibly faint odors, for periods of over two months. How many areas in Reiser's house and car would have been close to (but did not necessarily touch) Nina's body, if Hans had killed her there?

      Something is seriously wrong here.

Tracker dogs (dogs with different training) are also amazingly good. You can give these dogs an item of clothing and they can track the trail left by even a dead dragged/carried body.

      4) It shows that the "evidence" of the missing car seat, the washing of the car, etc, etc,... in fact, all the evidence the verdict was based on, was totally irrelevant and did not point to murder at all.

      5) It shows that the jury had to have been rigged. There is no other explaination, the jury reached a verdict based TOTALLY on what is now clearly NOT EVIDENCE AT ALL.

It seems more likely that someone else led the police to her body and police then led Reiser there to make it appear that Reiser was leading them.

The same people who framed Reiser in the first place are still framing him now.

      • Reiser led them.

If you think Reiser didn't carefully think about how he would get rid of the body your fooling yourself. He is a computer genius. He obviously has a high IQ, meaning that he should be able to evade the authorities somewhat. Which is what he did.

        • He is very smart with technicalities, obviously, he's an accomplished programmer, but he is very stupid with how others think, he said that himself and that's one thing he didn't lie about. He hid the body well and cleaned up after himself, but his testimony and attempts at hiding circumstance from common sense were a joke.

          • Some have said (sfgate.com blog), that the Jew mafia may have threatened to harm Reiser's kids, to get him to agree to saying he is guilty, but this does not seem as likely as Reiser himself being part of the overall plot. Like I have said before, the judge Goodman, the DA Hora and the awful DuBois and Reiser himself,... all on the same side.

Just like the show trials in Stalin's Soviet Union.

They are called show trials because they were a performance, an act, where all the parties were just playing a role. Their purpose being to scare the public into behaving, by having even the great friends of the regime put on trial, found guilty and "executed".

The Soviet show trials are famous for the prosecuted inexplicably helping the prosecution,... remind you of anything?

How would you compel someone to say this at his trial:

"I end as a traitor to my party, a traitor who must be shot."

            Sergei Mrachkovsky, 22 August, 1936.

Sergei Mrachkovsky was then (supposedly) shot dead by firing squad.

Why did Sergei Mrachkovsky help the prosecution make its case and demand that he himself should be shot?

It is because he was part of a performance, an act, everyone involved with the trial was just playing a role.

The judge, the prosecutor, the defence lawyer and Sergei Mrachkovsky himself, were all on the same side.

Sergei Mrachkovsky was not shot. He was just quietly moved out of the country.

Mhh but this architecture of conspiracy, needs a reason.

You say: "Reiser was imprisoned, because of his Filesystem, that was way too better that other FSs."

but what you didn't explain is why a FS that was going (someday) to enter the linux kernel mainline (so it was an Open Source FS), was so dangerous! and who thought it was daners! and why they thought it was (it's not the same question as before)?

you always skip this point. explain this, and then maybe people will not laugh any more.

and finally, what jews match with this story?

                  • OAKLAND, California – Linux guru and convicted murdered Hans Reiser was handed a prison sentence of 15-to-life Friday, putting a final capstone on a case that began as a murder mystery, and ended with Reiser leading police to a makeshift grave a short distance from where he strangled his wife.
"I wish to humbly apologize to society for my crime," Reiser said in a statement before his sentence was pronounced. "Every human life is sacred. I took the life of a human being and I'm very sorry for that."
Hans Reiser killed his wife, Nina, at about 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 3, 2006, according to the belated confession Reiser wrote as part of his deal, said prosecutor Paul Hora after the sentencing. He first punched her in the mouth, cutting his hand, then strangled her to death.
He briefly stored the body in the bathroom, then moved it to his car, where it stayed for two days while he searched for a place to bury her.

Thu 2006-09-28: Reiser attends a child custody hearing in Alameda County Superior Court. The judge rules that the children should remain with Ellen Doren and her husband. When confronted by reporters outside the courthouse, Reiser sprints away. He runs to a nearby county building, where he visits his children and gives his son a telescope for his birthday. Oakland PD follow him and later that night, detain him for a DNA sample. He is checked for cuts, scratches or bruises. None are found.

We are to believe, that the traces of Nina's blood on the pillar, are "evidence" that Nina has been stabbed, or slashed, to death. Therefore, the traces of Hans' blood on the pillar, must be "evidence" that Hans has also been stabbed, or slashed, to death. However, no cuts, scratches, or even bruises, were found on Hans Reiser.[4,5,6] Clearly, something is wrong here.

[4] At the police station, they photographed his body for signs of scratches or bruises. None were found.
[5] "Other than those acne or a scratch, you didn't find any other marks that indicate a struggle that day?" defense attorney William DuBois asked Grant, who was under cross examination. "Correct sir." ... He later added that "There were some small marks, but nothing of significance."
[6] Hans was taken to the PD, had his picture taken ... and examined. No scratches or bruises were found on his body.

Answer: Since the "justice" system wanted to obfuscate the facts.

It seems parts of the "justice" system are evil.

So has anyone figured whether it was the Police or Reiser, who lied about the cut on his hand?

                              • For the record: Raiser showed the place he buried his wife in exchange for lowered sentence.

The guy married the wrong person who might have planned to abuse his social naiveness or just tried to secure her own future, he couldn't deal with it the proper way and ended up using the worst of possible methods.
Classical saga, I wouldn't be surprised if there will be a movie about it.
