      Trinity's integrated graphics is still northern islands hardware (VLIW4, not GCN), so I guess "The user-space Gallium3D support though is still a mess" applies to the HD 7000 discrete cards, not to Trinity. No?

          Correct, Trinity should (supposedly) be in good shape already.

          We'll see when someone tests it whether that's true or not. I'm guessing things like the modesetting are more likely to go wrong than the 3D acceleration though.
