Phoronix: Scientific Linux, openSUSE, Ubuntu Tests

Up for viewing today are benchmarks of Scientific Linux 6.1, openSUSE 11.4, Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS, and Ubuntu 11.10. This is the latest in the series of Ubuntu 11.10 benchmarks after looking at the power consumption, boot speed, performance relative to Sabayon 7, and virtualization performance.

Considering the release of openSUSE 12.1 is a mere 2 weeks away, will you follow up on the article with the latest version?

That would be nice, especially if it it was done with the two differently tuned kernels that openSUSE offers -Desktop (tuned more for desktop usage) and the traditional -Default which is more in line with other distro's "one kernel config for everything" offerings. It should bring those parallel tests back in line with other distro's.
