  • Hollywood-criminal-syndicate loses in 'German-Constitutional-Court' against Heise.de

    http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldu...l-1424900.html

Yes! http://www.heise.de/ won the war against the MAFIA with the name 'Hollywood'

They fight for the freedom to set links to "Pirate" Copy protection-breaking software company websites.

The Great C't/Heise.de PC magazine defend the freedom of the Germans to fight back against the Mafia-Hollywood-criminal-syndicate with the only TRUE solution: Pirate for your Freedom.

Long live Heise.de Long live Piracy!

It gives me a mild chuckle to observe the confusion of the American right wing on this issue. On the one hand, "anti-business is socialists!" On the other hand, it's "leftist hollywood librals!!" Heads might explode.

I don't get it. What's wrong with socialists or liberals? Is this some twisted American view that these two equal communism?

Good news. Not so good news is that Germany is about to sign ACTA. The rest of Europe already did, which is a shame :-/

How can you bash the USA but say nothing about European countries? SOPA, ACTA...

How come no one in these European countries do or try anything? Why are you/they voting for the same parties?

I was really surprised that Denmark supported ACTA. I thought they had 'opt-out' rights or something?

Farage accused the EU of eliminating sovereignty and utilizing 'fascist-like' controls in pushing through legislation and then the President of the EU Parliament cut off his mic. That should be major news. But, people don't seem to care.

I can only say this shows people are stupid so what's your theory?

It's not really about nations anymore. Big, multi-national interests don't have borders. But the thing about America is that it's the mecca of corporatism, and all the ruling class dependents bred by these interests as human shields to be apologists or worse.

"corporatism" this is the right word they give a shit about nations they are just everywere on the "Free market" Free market only mean: corporatism can run there systemn against the people.

for example: in germany monopolism in the market is against the law but they can't do anything against microsoft with 95% market share.

if microsoft was a german company they split microsoft in many companys but the US-Gov Like a BIG "Corporatism" Fat Microsoft.

just ask yourself why they don't split microsoft in tiny pices.

the only true answer is: because they support corporatism up to 100%

free markets can not work with monopole players like mirosoft
