      Lua is great and all, but I'd rather see both, and I'd rather see the lower level languages have bindings first, as toolkits use those.

                I'm sure the Wayland devs would love to have as many bindings as possible, I'm also sure they would appreciate any patches .

                    In my opinion C++11 is the best language out there. It now offers high level feature without compromising the speed
