WTF Is this a Really bad Joke?
        "Supported HW

Radeon not working (is working with Xmir)
Nouveau is not working (is working with Xmir)

        Resoltion changes not working
        Rotating screens not working
In multimonitor mode, one monitor can have frame lag (sometimes, but frequent), user feels typing delay
Sometimes turning of 2nd display through settings can hang X
DisplayPort will show on 2nd display activity even though turned off"

Russian, I'm not saying all the Canonical and Ubuntu haters on these forums have a point-- nor that the Ubuntu fanboys are justified-- but THIS shit is why those of who care stopped using Ubuntu. They push out shit like this and call it "Good for testing."

Despite the form, the content was spot on though...

As much as I dislike what ubuntu is doing these days (unity, amazon ads, mir), I don't understand why people have a problem with them asking people to test a development release that sounds like it only works on intel drivers. (Right? No radeon, noveau, or proprietary - does it work on anything but intel?)

I'm pretty sure there was a time wayland only worked on intel. And I wish they were asking more people to test it.

True enough, but that time wasn't the day a distro shipping it decided to enter beta status. Wayland was widely considered "nowhere near ready" at that point in time.

This is just further confirmation of people's fears that a single company like Canonical won't have the manpower necessary to fully support everything out there. We'll see though, maybe they'll surprise us.
