    Hi.
I have the same motherboard only with 4770s + Samsung 840Pro for about a month. Now my system runs OpenSuse 12.3 with Kernel 3.10 and Mesa 9.2git. Non problems what so ever. Runs like a dream.
About shutdown issue. It only appears if you mainboard is set to wake up from LAN. After disabling it, system works like a charm.

My Gigabyte motherboard also has the ACPI reboot issue at times.
